- 1 large tomato
- ΒΌ cup canned white beans, rinsed
- 2 teaspoons pesto
- Torn fresh basil for garnish
Method of Preparation
- Halve tomato horizontally and hollow out the halves. Fill with beans, drizzle with pesto
and sprinkle with salt. Garnish with basil, if desired.
