Green Sandwich

    Ingredients

    1 Bunch Coriander leaves (Cut and discard the bottom stem and Chop)
    1 Bunch  Mint Leaves ( pluck only the leaves)
    1 medium size Cucumber ( peel the skin and chop)
    1 small marble size Tamarind
    3-4 Green Chillies ( Adjust as per you taste )
    Salt to taste
    4 slices of whole wheat bread


    Method

    1. In a blender put chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, cucumber, green chillies, tamarind  and salt.
    2. Add only little water as the moisture in the leaves help them in blending.
    3. Blend them to a smooth chutney till all the ingredients get well combined.
    4. Spread a generous amount of the mint chutney on one side of the bread slice and top with other slice of bread and toast in a sandwich maker until done. You can also toast in a pan on the stove top.
