Broccoli Cheese Omelet


  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon low fat cheese, crumbled
  • 1tbs spring onion
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

How to Make It

Step 1

    Take a non-stick pan and heat 1 tsp oil. Add broccoli, and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 1

    Combine egg, cheese, and spring onion in a small bowl. Add egg mixture to pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes; flip omelet and cook for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with toast.
