May 11, 2019: JDC Type 1 Program

Type 1 diabetes one-day yearly educational event for patients registered with Jothydev’s Diabetes Hospital was held at Kesavadev Hall on 11th May. Educational sessions, motivational lectures were part of the program. Jayasree, Akhila, Aneesa,Bindhu, Viji Krishna took classes. Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev and Dr.Arun Shankar delivered lectures.

May 5, 2019: AIAAROCON, KOCHI

First ever meeting of AIAARO(All India Association for Advancing Research in Obesity) Kerala Chapter, to fight obesity was held at Hotel Radisson Blu, Kochi on 5th May 2019. Doctors from various specialties, dietitians and allied professionals attended the one day conference. Shri.V D Satheesan MLA inaugurated the conference. Organizing Chairperson Dr.Jayalekshmi R.Kurup, Secretary Jothydev Kesavadev, National Secretary, Shilpa Joshi, Chapter Secretary Geethu Sanal, Dr.Rohit Warrier(Convenor) organized the conference. April 30, 2019: Sweet Stars Program, Trivandrum

Kerala Type 1 diabetes Welfare Society and Kesavadev Trust jointly organized the Sweet Stars Program in Trivandrum, it's 3rd educational event at Panakkad Hall. Hon.Health Minister Smt.K.K Shylaja, Dr.Muneer MLA, Dr.Muhammed Asheel, Dr.Riaz, Dr.Diana etc. spoke at the program. Abdul Jaleel(Secretary,KT1DWS), Vijesh(President, KT1WDS), coordinated the event with Prasad, JDC PRO. Glucose test meters, strips, insulin pump, needles etc. were provided free of cost.
