DIAcareCON 2022 was organized by Dr.Banshi Saboo and team at Hyatt Regency, Hyderabad from September 9-11. Dr. Jothydev Kesavadev presented his spoke on the topic ‘Benefits of Timely Initiation of Interchangeable Glargine in Uncontrolled OAD Patients in T2DM’ on the 10th of September. Dr. Arun Shankar talked on ‘Diabetes & Vaccination’ on the same day.

7th DAYDEIC 2022

The 7th DAYDEIC (Diabetes Educators International Conference) was organized at Kolkatta on the 4th of September 2022. The hybrid event was conducted with the theme ‘Access to Diabetes Education for All’. Ms. Geethu Sanal, Chief Dietitian, JDC was the panelist for the discussion entitled ‘Myths and Facts of Diabetes’. Ms.Gopika Krishnan, Director, Academics, spoke on 'Newer Technologies for Diabetes Management'.

Jothydev’s Diabetes and Research Centre, Haripad Inauguration

MLA, Shri Ramesh Chennithala inaugurated the new branch of Jothydev’s Diabetes and Research center at Haripad on September 2, 2022. The program was set off by Ms.Gopika Krishnan, Director, Academics, JDC. Dr.Yassen Unes, Clinical Head, JDC, Haripad, welcomed the gathering. Shri. K.M Raju, Chairman, Haripad Municipality, presided over the function. The introductory speech was given by Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev, Chairman and Managing Director, JDC. Adv.T.S Thaha, Standing Committee Chairman, Alappuzha District Panchayat, Shri.S Krishnakumar, Standing Committee Chairman, Haripad Municipality, and Dr.Arun Shankar, Medical Director, JDC provided the felicitation. The event was concluded by a vote of thanks by Ms.Sunitha Jothydev, Executive Director, JDC.
