6. JDC Updates

Successful outcome of a multi-dsciplinary team over an individual approach in imparting diabetes patient education, a study presented at IDF ( International Diabetes Federation) Montreal, Canada conducted by Jothydev’s Diabetes and Research Centre.
 
Diabscreen camp
     Diabscreen Kerala P.Kesavadev Trust conducted a free camp for Cheruvakkal Residents Association at Cheruvakkal School. More than 150 subjects were screened for free HbA1c, Fasting Sugar, Cholesterol(Cobas fully automatic machine), BMI, Waist etc., Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev spoke for more than 2 hrs.Neethu Annie Simon(dietitian) also seen interacting with patients and answering to their queries.More than 15 staff members from JDC volunteered for the program headed by Jayasreelally.
