6.Recipe for Healthy Pizza

Do you have a guilty feeling after eating a pizza? If you can make some slight changes in your regular pizza you can control your blood sugar and cholesterol level. Choose whole-wheat flour instead of refined flour and prefer low fat paneer or chicken instead of red meat or sausage.

Main Ingredients

1.Whole-wheat pizza base-1
2.Low fat paneer- ½ cup
3.Low fat cheese –2 small cubes
7.Tomato Ketchup-2 tsp
Approximate Nutritive values per serving :
Calories : 140
Carbohydrate :35 gm

Spread tomato ketchup on the pizza base evenly. Cut the vegetables and paneer into small pieces and spread over the pizza base. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pizza. Broil in toaster oven (or microwave on HIGH for about a minute) until cheese is melted and bubbly.
